Maintain existing channels and build new ones leading to sales (new accounts sign up and/or loan usage) Deliver excellent customer service leading to high customer satisfaction, including business partners - thus entrenching long term banking relationship with both groups. Conduct sales presentations to distribution channels. Monitor customer loan portfolio mix (monitoring concentration risk) leading to growth in interest revenue and fees without compromising lending risk guidelines (including margin maintenance service calls) Ensure sound control in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by delivering approved sales process, and proper evaluation of customers through due diligence, and excellent KYC execution. Requirements Minimum 2 Years experience in relevant field. Experience in marketing of loans products, preferably investments related to stocks and shares, coupled with a digital mindset. Strong sales, communication and presentation skills.
