Job Description

Business Function We are seeking a highly driven professional to lead contract governance, vendor management, and financial chargeback operations for Data Platforms (ADA) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) team. This role combines commercial acumen, financial governance, and process transformation, ensuring contracts are well-managed, costs are optimised, and chargeback processes are accurate, scalable, and automated. Job Responsibilities Contract & Vendor Management Manage end-to-end lifecycle of contracts Ensure timely renewals, compliance with governance standards, and proper documentation Oversee contract portfolio and proactively manage expiry, risks, and obligations Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and governance frameworks Support evaluation, commercial structuring, and vendor selection Regional Governance (DIGOS/DISA) Lead governance and compliance for DIGOS/DISA submissions across multiple countries Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely renewal of all records Partner regional teams to maintain full coverage of all data platform products Financial Governance & Chargeback Drive monthly chargeback processes for data platforms and technology usage Validate usage reports, ensure accurate allocation and cost recovery Monitor cost trends and provide insights to stakeholders Standardise and automate reporting and chargeback processes Implement tools and workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency Stakeholder Management Partner closely with Technology, Finance, Procurement, and regional teams Act as a key point of contact for contract governance and financial queries Support senior stakeholders with insights on cost, contracts, and utilisation Job Requirements 8–12 years of experience in Finance, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Technology Finance Exposure to financial governance, cost management, or chargeback models Strong commercial skills Good understanding of governance and compliance frameworks Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and usage data Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Experience in banking or large enterprise environments Familiarity with contract or procurement systems Experience working with technology cost structures Location: DBS Asia Hub Job: COO Office/Business Mgt & Support Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
