AVP/VP, Cash SME Proposition Manager, Global Transaction Services, Institutional Banking Group

Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) is a product group focused on the management and sale of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Securities & Fiduciary products and services to institutional clients. DBS aspires to be recognized by clients and competitors as one of the top GTS providers in its key markets. This is achieved through an ongoing process of efficiently matching clients' changing business requirements with product capabilities. Responsibilities The Cash SME Proposition Manager will help to drive business growth by executing the joint GTS and SME business strategy in commercializing cash products and solutions for our SME customers: Deliver revenue targets for the SME Cash business in support of the overall GTS Cash business. Develop and roll out customer propositions to grow and entrench our position in the accounts, deposits, payments and collections space. Plan and execute campaigns and experiments to drive customer acquisition and utilisation. Analyse data, results and learnings to sharpen segment targeting, continuously gain insights and increase conversion. Run engagement and cadences through horizontal and transformation initiatives to drive joint collaboration in our initiatives. Co-create and leverage GenAI, AI/ML models, control towers and data analytics for leads, triggers and portfolio monitoring. Conduct market research/benchmarking; provide training and marketing support to implement go-to-market plans and drive product usage. The Cash SME Proposition Manager will work closely with GTS Product and Sales, Relationship Managers, Marketing, to ensure the delivery of business growth targets. This role will report into the Singapore GTS Cash Product Management Head. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Business, Banking & Finance or a related discipline Experience in Mid Cap / SME banking or cash management solutions preferred Strong stakeholder management & communication skills Strong ability to analyse and present data in a meaningful way in presentation decks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Location: DBS Asia Central Job: Product Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
