Senior Partner Development Manager role at AWS Singapore focused on building an AI-first partner ecosystem. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing AI and technology partners while driving strategic relationships at executive levels to support AWS sales motions and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute against the AI Partner Recruit, Onboard, and Develop playbooks
- Establish business and technical relationships with partners
- Manage day-to-day interactions with focused portfolio of partners
- Build long-term AI-driven business opportunities
- Scout and assess emerging AI-native companies to shape tomorrow's partner pipeline
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners from first conversation to first co-sell opportunity
- Orchestrate partner community sessions, connecting partners with account teams and specialist sales
- Coach managed partners on their growth journey, unblocking challenges and aligning on next steps
- Sync internally to activate the right AWS resources at the right time
Requirements
- 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 2+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience working in Singapore, with Singapore local Customers and Partners, as well as Global Partners who serve Singapore customers
- Experience using AI productivity tools
- Fluent in Chinese (Conversational)
