About the role
Regional Program Manager role within AWS Data Center Physical Security team focused on driving operational excellence across APJC region. Responsible for end-to-end program management of critical business operations including CAPEX tracking, headcount management, monthly business reviews, and cost-savings initiatives while serving as primary contact for regional planning activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage APJC CAPEX intake, reporting, and tracking processes
- Own headcount management for the APJC region
- Lead APJC Monthly Business Review (MBR) preparation and delivery
- Coordinate APJC COE Review Program execution
- Track and report cost-savings initiatives across the region
- Deliver bi-weekly reporting for leadership reviews
- Expand standardized mechanisms and strategies across DC Security
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and external AWS teams to coordinate business activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
