About This Role
Broadcom seeks a Solution Architect in Singapore to lead solutions through the sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to help companies transform their customer experiences. This role involves deep discovery, architecture design, and delivering custom solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise organizations through discovery sessions and workshops.
- Act as a trusted advisor to current and prospective customers.
- Build relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Create architecture and engage Business/IT stakeholders on solutions.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions aligned to business value.
- Coordinate the entire solution cycle with technical and business resources.
Requirements
- B.S. in CS, Engineering, MIS or equivalent with 5+ years' experience.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and application modernization.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into a compelling vision/roadmap.
- Experience in solution engineering, consultancy, or delivery for software solutions.
- Solid oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to orchestrate a sales cycle involving multiple resources.
- Business case/value engineering experience is required.
- Fluency in English.
