About the role
The Senior Partner Growth Manager for Amazon Fuse leads marketing strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition and engagement for subscription services like Prime and Amazon Music through third-party partnerships in Southeast Asia and AU/NZ. This role focuses on scaling marketing relationships, delivering performance growth through integrated go-to-market campaigns, and utilizing data-led insights to optimize partner-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Own marketing relationships with strategic Fuse partners and lead the design and execution of short/medium-term growth campaigns
- Deliver partner growth goals (PD60 and other KPIs) across offers and customer segments
- Build scalable GTM programs leveraging Prime Video content, seasonal tentpoles, and partner marketing channels
- Partner with Business Development on marketing commitments, Finance on goal setting, and Tech/Product on internal tools
- Track and report on campaign results, identify root causes, and recommend performance optimizations
- Maintain account and campaign accuracy in Lift-analyzer and other tracking systems
- Lead or co-own regional or global initiatives related to marketing automation, data reporting, or process optimization
- Represent Fuse in partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and prepare materials for executive review
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience
- Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals aligned to business objectives
- Proficiency with analytic tools and experience in a growth-focused marketing role
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Proven ability to communicate and deliver presentations to customers, stakeholders, and leadership
- Experience managing external partners to develop integrated marketing programs
- Experience using analytical, marketing, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence and Salesforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization without direct reporting authority
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various digital channels
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
