About This Role
VIS seeks a Senior/Engineer to own, maintain, and improve Thin Film CMP equipment performance in Singapore. This role drives quality, uptime, and cost efficiency through technical expertise and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve equipment indices: Quality, Uptime, and Cost.
- Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with Process/Manufacturing Engineers on module objectives.
- Manage parts logistics to minimize downtime losses.
- Serve as technical expert and coach subordinates.
- Document Corrective Actions and participate in CIP programs.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.).
- Min 3 years experience with Thin Film CMP Equipment.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High integrity with leadership attributes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
