Key Responsibilities
- Create ATE code and test methods for digital/SoC products
- Participate in data reviews and analysis
- Collaborate with design, DFT, process, product, and manufacturing engineers
- Support new product introduction, silicon validation, characterization, and manufacturing enablement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field (or Master's with reduced experience)
- Minimum 3 years industry experience as a Test Engineer
- Hands‑on experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex
- Understanding of VLSI technologies and digital baseband products
- Proficiency in C/C++, VB, Java, or Python (plus)
- Experience with data analytic tools such as O+, Data Power, Exensio (plus)
