About the role
Responsible for characterization and development of cost‑effective manufacturing test solutions for Qualcomm SoC products, including test plan creation, ATE programming, silicon debug, yield analysis, and test‑time reduction while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop characterization and test plans for leading‑edge Qualcomm SoC products
- Create test hardware requirement documents
- Program and execute ATE tests/routines/programs
- Perform first silicon debug to qualify designs from external foundries
- Analyze technical data and parametric performance
- Drive failure analysis to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 8+ years of related work experience
- 3‑8+ years of Test Engineering or related experience
- 1+ year in a technical leadership role (with or without direct reports)
- Strong hands‑on ATE knowledge (Advantest 93K preferred)
- Experience developing ATE SOC programs from NPI to volume ramp stage
