About the role
The Manufacturing Specialist (Operator) performs Oracle system transactions, operates vacuum sealing and taping machines, handles packaging and labeling, conducts inspections, maintains equipment, and ensures quality standards in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Oracle system transactions for order entry and update process information.
- Operate vacuum sealing machines, replenish packing materials, label and scan, affix printed labels, insert desiccants and HICs, perform dry packing, verify sealing quality, fold MBBs into boxes, and conduct final checks for labeling and packing quality.
- Operate taping machines (e.g., TR48MK‑V), set up, load components, adjust parameters, and perform peel force tests during material changes or machine setup.
- Ensure correct placement and alignment of components in carrier tape.
- Conduct visual inspections for component placement, orientation, and sealing quality; label reels accurately and complete production logs.
- Clean and maintain equipment regularly and maintain good housekeeping at the workstation.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
