The Engineering Technician supports equipment operation, maintenance, and process development for Tape and Reel packaging and related machinery, ensuring optimal performance, minimal downtime, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Tape and Reel packaging machines
- Perform setup and adjustments on equipment to meet production specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on Tape and Reel equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues including vacuum sealing, strapping, and pick‑and‑place machines
- Maintain machine performance logs, recipes, and software
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. OR Associate's degree and 1+ year of Engineering Technician or related work experience. High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of Engineering Technician or related work experience.
