The Capacity Planning engineer manages plant capacity, equipment, and space while supporting capital projects and strategic manufacturing initiatives. They develop methods, time standards, and models to optimize production lines for SAW and BAW filter manufacturing.

- Develop and improve methods, time standards, capacity planning, sequence of operation, data analysis, and production line layouts for SAW and BAW filter manufacturing.
Requirements
- Experience in plant capacity management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (SAW/BAW filters).
- Strong analytical skills for process improvement.
