- Automation & Innovation : Actively drive and participate in process automation projects to enhance efficiency.
- Quality & Risk Management : Lead investigations into process deviations, customer returns, and crisis management while developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Standards : Define and maintain critical process frameworks, including Process Flows, FMEA, OJTI, and OCAP.
- Qualification : Support the release and qualification of new processes, equipment, and second-source packaging materials.
