About This Role
Cloudflare seeks a Senior Atlassian System Admin in Singapore to be the guardian of their Jira Data Center environment. This role involves ensuring peak performance, security, and scalability through expert administration and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end patching for Jira Data Center/Server instances.
- Manage global settings, workflows, and permission schemes.
- Develop scripts using ScriptRunner (Groovy) for business logic automation.
- Conduct health checks, JVM tuning, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Provide Tier 3 support to translate business needs into efficient Jira projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Jira Systems Administrator (Data Center/Server).
- Experience with On-Prem environments AND cloud migration.
- Advanced Groovy and ScriptRunner proficiency.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Windows servers, SQL databases, and SSL.
- Ability to analyze log files and thread dumps for root cause analysis.
- Experience operating in a production environment with strict change control.
