Requirements

  • As part of the Regional HR team, you will play a key role in shaping the future leadership and workforce capabilities across the PSA Middle East, South Asia, Africa and Turkiye (MESAAT) Region.
  • This role provides the opportunity to drive impactful talent, leadership development, learning, and mobility initiatives across a diverse and dynamic regional landscape.
  • The role will also champion a strong culture of continuous learning by driving the adoption of PSA University learning initiatives and competency-based development frameworks across the MESAAT Business Units.
  • Key Responsibilities: Talent Management Drive and support regional talent management and succession planning initiatives to strengthen leadership pipelines and build a future-ready workforce across the MESAAT Region.
  • Facilitate Talent Council discussions and provide talent insights, succession analysis, and leadership pipeline updates to support strategic workforce and leadership decisions.
  • Coordinate and execute key regional talent programs, including Leadership Programs, the Global Management Associate Program (GMAP), and Overseas Young Talent Pipeline initiatives aimed at accelerating leadership and capability development.
  • Partner closely with BU Heads and HR teams to identify high-potential employees and support the development of tailored development plans and career pathways.
  • Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and RED360 feedback processes.
