Key Responsibilities
- Business & Sales Leadership Own and drive revenue, market share, and growth objectives for the Instruments portfolio across Asia (ex‑China).
- Develop and execute clear, actionable PSA (Product / Platform / Portfolio Sales) strategies aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
- Translate strategy into executable sales plans, forecasts, and account roadmaps to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics, proactively addressing gaps and risks.
- Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and support a dedicated instruments sales team across the region.
- Set clear expectations, performance goals, and development plans for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field or relevant experience.
- Significant experience in sales within the semiconductor or high‑technology equipment industry.
- Deep understanding of instrumentation, metrology, or process control solutions.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and regional portfolios across Asia.
- Strong experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate geographically dispersed teams.
