Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain product's critical customer issues (including parts delivery, pricing, & special requirements), analyze data from various sources, and work with Engineering to provide a detailed plan of action (POA).
  • Support planning for retrofits, including performing serviceability validation and resource availability.
  • Act as key stakeholder in mature PLCs to support products that have reached end of manufacturing as well as guiding any legacy products to end of service.
  • This role will support the Auto‑Metrology, Profilers, and Optical Profilers product families which are core components of KLA Instruments .

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering Excellent technical writing and documentation skills Expertise in Basic Microsoft Software Packages Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrated level of comfort in front of various audiences An eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and techniques Capital Equipment experience in KLA Instruments or similar Semiconductor Industry Understanding these tools: Python, Power Bi, SQL Server, Excel Project Management Experience with demonstrable experience across multiple subject areas Demonstrated experience with manufacturing control systems (ERP, PLM, etc.) and customer management systems (CRM).
  • Comfortable with data analysis to research a problem and determine what data are required to answer specific questions and problems MS Project and Visio experience We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
