Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic partner to global corporate leaders, providing valuable inputs and translating complex data into actionable recommendations to support short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Help drive complex, pivotal facilities projects across APAC countries Lead monthly forecast and quarterly close, including variance analysis Lead annual strategic plan budget process for corporate groups Cross functional influence: Build high-trust relationships across a matrixed global environment to ensure regional operations align with KLA's long-term financial milestones Champion initiatives to enhance data integrity, transparency, automation, and predictive analytics Execute ad hoc strategic and operational projects as business needs evolve Direct management and mentorship of a Financial Analyst, with a focus on building a high-performing finance talent pipeline

Requirements

  • Masters Level Degree plus 5 years experience
  • Or Bachelor's Level Degree plus 7 years experience Finance experience required Must have experience with an ERP system (SAP experience is a plus) and have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong Excel, financial, analytical and modeling skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Executive presence to influence senior leadership and the "soft skills" to lead cross-functional teams Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and distill competing priorities into a clear path forward Proven track record in a fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environment Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
