Key Responsibilities
- Perform aseptic handling in a biosafety cabinet (BSC)
- Perform cell culture in shake flasks and bioreactor handling on a routine basis Perform cell culture analysis with manual (hemacytometer) or automated cell counting methods, and metabolite analysers on a routine basis Perform chromatography purification, including affinity and Multi-Modal Chromatography, using AKTA systems Prepare cell culture media, purification buffers for various process development steps
- Able to record data accurately, legibly and in a timely fashion Analyse and present information with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Support in data analysis, and technical documentation writing
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and perform under pressure On-job training will be provided ESSENTIAL
Requirements
