APAC Market Analyst and Go to Market Senior Manager responsible for leading APAC market intelligence and go-to-market strategy, driving growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead APAC market intelligence, including market sizing, segmentation, trend analysis, and identification of new growth opportunities
- Deliver ongoing competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and market landscape analysis to inform sales strategy, pricing, positioning, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain regional dashboards that track market dynamics, performance gaps, and growth drivers
- Provide data‑based recommendations for market entry, expansion, consolidation, and investment prioritization across APAC
- Own APAC go‑to‑market outcomes in partnership with Business Units, Product Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Global GTM teams
- Localize global GTM strategies to ensure strong regional and country‑level market fit
Requirements
- A strong technical or engineering foundation with a passion for high‑technology or industrial applications.
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, go‑to‑market strategy, or commercial program management in a B2B environment
- Ability to translate market insights into practical initiatives that drive measurable business impact
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects across regions, teams, and cultures
- Strong analytical skills combined with structured problem‑solving and execution focus
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across regional and global organizations
