About This Role
Manage the Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) processes and promote a risk-aware culture at Seatrium. This role involves advising senior leadership on risk exposures and trends within a large industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage IAF processes (Risk Register, KRI, Dashboards).
- Promote risk-aware culture through training and communications.
- Support CRO/SVP on IAF practice and evolution across the Group.
- Advise on risk matters and undertake ad-hoc assignments.
- Consolidate and report IAF progress, exposures, and trends to Management/Board.
- Engage stakeholders on emerging risk trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant fields (Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business).
- 8-12 years in ERM, internal audit, or governance roles.
- Proven experience managing large industrial/engineering enterprises.
- Knowledge of ISO and COSO ERM Frameworks/4 Lines of Defence model.
- Strong understanding of operational, financial, strategic risks in large-scale settings.
- Track record in governance and risk control matters.
- Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to gain buy-in from business partners.
