About the role
As a development engineer, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions to complex business problems within the Wealth Management Technology domain. This role involves defining, analyzing requirements and leading the technical design and implementation of code integrated into overall Kernel solutions across supported business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform parameterization and customization in Avaloq Core Banking Platform.
- Analyze business requirements and design/propose software solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure high performance and quality.
- Provide technical expertise and support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior Avaloq developers.
- Assist project/programme managers in project planning & project strategies.
