About This Role
Lead the end-to-end architecture and strategy for Workday across global markets, driving platform scalability, governance frameworks, and integration design to support enterprise transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for the enterprise Workday platform.
- Define architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices aligned to business strategies.
- Drive platform scalability, system optimization, automation, and future-state roadmap planning.
- Provide strategic guidance on Workday capabilities, releases, enhancements, and emerging HR technology trends.
- Lead large-scale Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Oversee system configurations, tenant management, security models, and data architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology, enterprise applications, or Workday architecture roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Workday implementations within large multinational organizations.
- Strong expertise across key Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance Compensation, Learning, Absence Payroll, Security, and Integrations.
- Experience working within regulated industries such as insurance or banking is preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud technologies, and systems integration methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex global stakeholder environments.
