Principal Engineer, CMP Process (50702359)

What you will be working on To sustain and improve all processes and performance indices to meet operations goals Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance Oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are met Improve qualified processes using quality improvement tools Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation Troubleshoot process issues, establish CAS, specifications for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes Oversee all SPSR, MRB, TECN status and follow-up actions Work as a team with both equipment and manufacturing Engineers to meet module objectives Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality Ensure productivity improvement through process changes, document, as well as implement process capability and work with equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment Start up new equipment processes which involve process characterization and development To perform shift duties when requested Organize and oversee training for AEs/Technicians to upgrade their technical skills More about you MSc/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Honors Degree in Physics/Chemistry At least 4 to 8 years relevant experience preferred for Section Head Position Good interpersonal skills Good team player Good analytical skills
