About the role
As a World-Wide Logistics Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and spend management of Apple’s APAC Distribution Centre/Repair Centre Supplier sites, overseeing forward, reverse, and repair logistics services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, finance acumen, and the ability to drive cost-effective processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the qualification, selection, and contracting of DC/RC Services supporting APAC Logistics operations.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and rates for logistics services.
- Review all business documents including RFPs, RFIs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Master Agreements (MSAs).
- Serve as the escalation point for commercial and contractual impacts with suppliers.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with suppliers, ensuring action items have DRIs and timelines.
- Drive continual cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives with suppliers as part of the global team.
- Manage weekly reporting, including deals/contracts updates, supplier spend analysis, and upkeep of supplier rate cards.
Requirements
- Proven vendor management experience.
- Demonstrated commercial negotiation experience.
- Contract management experience to draft, review, and assess terms and conditions.
- Ability to hold parties accountable regarding contractual agreements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Numbers, and Keynote.
- Clear communication style suitable for working with suppliers, internal customers, and executive management.
