Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical consultant for semiconductor manufacturing clients
- Analyze customer processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and present technical solutions to improve yield and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional project teams during customer engagements
- Create detailed technical reports and documentation
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to customer teams
- Support business development activities through technical expertise
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop new solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows and equipment
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
- Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
- Experience with CAD, ERP, MES, PLC, or SCADA systems preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in cleanroom environments preferred
- Knowledge of ISO, SEMI, and EHS standards
- Business development or sales support experience a plus
