Job Description

Job Description KPMG has a strong Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an Alliances, Partner Management and Operations Senior Consultant (Manager) to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects, implementation, across multiple industries and cloud migration. Position is based in Singapore. Responsibilities The resource will work closely with the Service Line teams and Alliance Partner organizations to support operational, strategic, and GTM activities. The scope includes alliance governance, planning cycles, pipeline tracking, partner coordination, proposal support, and creation of sales and marketing materials. Ability to develop well structured, visually appealing, and executive ready presentations. Strong storytelling skills to articulate alliance value propositions. Experience assisting with proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and sales pursuit activities. Ability to gather inputs across service lines and prepare cohesive, timely deliverables for the sales and bid cycle. Strong capability in crafting sales materials, pitch decks, case studies, and capability collaterals aligned to alliance offerings. Comfortable with data analysis, dashboard updates, pipeline tracking, and leadership reporting. Ability to manage alliance governance routines, meeting cadences, and followups. Strong coordination skills, especially when working with multiple alliance partner SPOCs and internal practice leads. Confident in supporting senior stakeholder engagements within KPMG and partner organizations. The ideal candidate should possess: At least 10 years' experience in a sales or client-facing professional role, in a complex solution sales environment. Experience supporting Alliances, Pursuit Management, Business Development, Proposal Support, or GTM functions; Consulting or professional services experience is strongly preferred. Exposure to working with major enterprise technology alliances such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Ivalua, or similar platforms. Understanding of alliance motions including joint business planning, pipeline governance, co-selling, MDF processes, and partner reporting. Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and decision-making skills and being able to anticipate needs of the account team / client. Demonstrates a drive and passion for sales, seeks to build effective collaborative relationships with customer that deliver positive results. #LI-BL1 β €
