Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with OTC pricing content providers
- Work with global team of account managers, technical specialists, relationship managers, and product managers
- Optimize data ingestion workflows internally and externally
- Become subject matter expert in OTC pricing data
Requirements
- 3-5 years work experience in financial services industry
- Experience in client services roles
- Data experience (management, governance, or quality assurance)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in data technology or financial field
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple client queries and projects
