Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on desktop troubleshooting support (L1) to end-users for hardware, software, audio-visual equipment, and network related issues.
- Resolve issues relating to end users" accounts, network access and folder permissions Deployment and recovery of IT assets for onboarding and off-boarding of staff.
- Conduct asset verification & audit, maintain accurate records of hardware, software & license inventory.
- Perform approved change requests for software installation and hardware configuration changes.
- Assist IT team to maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications & Field of Study At least Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering of equivalent discipline.
- Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco/Fortinet) are added advantage.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Computer/Electronic Engineering equivalent.
- Proven proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, networking, and A/V equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
