About the role
The role involves designing and executing advanced proteomics analyses, developing novel workflows, and validating findings using cellular, spatial, and translational biology approaches within a collaborative cancer research environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and interpret advanced proteomics analyses (both Mass Spectrometry and Non‑MS), including targeted and untargeted approaches.
- Develop, optimize, and implement novel proteomics workflows/technologies for actionable proteome analysis.
- Perform biological and translational validation of proteomics findings using clinical samples, cell culture, organoid, and/or animal models, as well as biochemical, molecular, and spatial biology assays.
- Conduct imaging‑ and mechanics‑based validation, including techniques such as SHG, AFM or related modes.
- Contribute to and support assay and prototype development for functional and translational readouts.
- Handle and manage clinical samples, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements.
Requirements
- PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Proteomics or a related life‑sciences field.
- Hands‑on experience in advanced MS‑based proteomics, biological validations, and spatial proteomics (required).
- Experience with clinical samples, biochemical assays and imaging (preferred).
- 2+ years of postdoctoral experience in the related area(s) with a track record (preferred).
