Senior Scientist leading immunodiagnostic assay development and product commercialization, managing cross‑functional projects from feasibility through validation, while ensuring regulatory compliance and mentoring junior scientists.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional project teams through product development phases, from feasibility to design transfer and verification/validation.
- Maintain good records and SOPs in line with confidentiality, quality system, and regulatory guidelines.
- Mentor junior scientists and keep the team updated on latest technology developments and product landscape.
- Provide prompt support and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute assays, analyze experimental data, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Present progress, findings, and solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience in protein‑based assay or IVD product development, preferably in industry, diagnostics, or clinical lab settings.
- 2‑3 years of experience in project or team leadership.
- Strong scientific foundation with critical thinking and first‑principles methodology.
- Expertise in experimental design, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
- Extensive laboratory experience with protein‑based techniques (ELISA, lateral flow, flow cytometry, mass spectrometry, electrochemical sensors).
