RMO Sputter Process Engineering Intern, Data Science at Seagate in Singapore. Support digital transformation and smart manufacturing in sputter operations using data science and analytics. Apply AI/ML in manufacturing, optimize UHV sputter systems, and improve OEE.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building data-driven models for process control, prediction, and quality monitoring.
- Analyze engineering datasets to identify trends, correlations, and root causes.
- Support refinement of KPIV anomaly detection systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for process performance visualization.
- Assist in prototyping, testing, and evaluating machine learning and AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into improvements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Analytics, or related discipline.
- Programming experience in Python, R, C++, or C#.
- Exposure to machine learning model development or deployment.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Data analytics and basic statistical concepts.
- SQL or database querying.
