About the role
Oversees daily media manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. Leads a team of operators, implements process improvements, and collaborates with engineering to optimize yield.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production team to meet daily output and quality goals
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and yield
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanroom protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for equipment uptime
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to operators
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage shift schedules and resource allocation
- Report production metrics and escalate issues to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-7 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom operations and ISO standards
- Proficiency in MES and ERP systems
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Experience with SPC and data-driven decision making
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
