Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize media backend processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Monitor process performance and implement improvements to enhance yield and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Design and execute experiments to validate process changes.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Train operators and technicians on new processes and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Support new product introductions and technology transfers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering.
- Strong understanding of backend processes such as plating, CMP, or cleaning.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with process equipment and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
