Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation initiatives to automate and optimize capacity and capital planning
- Partner with process and equipment owners to maintain accurate capacity model assumptions
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration to meet operational targets and business objectives
- Support the Industrial Engineering Manager in delivering factory budgetary plans and long‑term forecasts
- Align work with Seagate's priority metrics to contribute to operational excellence and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing planning, preferably in high‑volume production environments
- Proficiency in Python for capacity model development, data processing, and automation
- Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent English communication skills with stakeholder influence capability
