Services Sales Account Manager - Hotel and Government at Schneider Electric

You are part of a global team built on inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork, turning sustainability ambitions into actions. We are looking for Services Sales Account Manager (Hotel and Government) to make an impact! What you will do?<ul><li>Initiate contact, develop relationship and generate demand in customer accounts within the target segment, assigned by Segment Sales Manager. </li><li>Educate customers on all SE products and services with special attention on customer pain points. </li><li>Cross selling of Field Service portfolio – Power Systems, Secure Power & Cooling, Digital Energy, Industrial Automation</li><li>Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders and execution)</li><li>Utilizes BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management, account planning, performance and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.</li><li>Provides monthly forecasts, using BFO, and summaries in a timely manner.</li><li>Participates in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance. </li><li>Provides precise and timely information to Tender team to prepare sales quotations and proposals</li><li>Monitors margin to be at or above country thresholds and uses DOA process to escalate opportunities below thresholds.</li><li>Understand key account player mapping on end user, consultants, LEW and contractors. </li><li>Knows where to be to create business opportunities, understand the importance of attending industry events and networking functions to follow assigned accounts needs.</li></ul> What qualifications will make you successful for this role?<ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of technical sales experience in engineering solutions</li><li>Ability to grasp engineering solutions and present it to a lay person</li><li>Cold Calling, Social Selling skills, Persuading, convincing, influencing to promote SE offers</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Develop go to market strategies and work closely with prescription team, country segment leaders and contractor team to increase sales hit rates.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Energetic, outgoing, proactive and have attention to prospecting and networking</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Knowledge of power system, secure power, industry systems will be advantageous</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Ability to leverage technology for communications and managing own performance</li></ul> Let us learn about you!
