About the role
Provide sputter engineering support to hard‑disk media production, ensuring process compliance, troubleshooting, documentation, continuous improvement, training, and audit preparation in a clean‑room environment on a night shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to production line by ensuring process flow, specification, procedure and documentation
- Monitor variables within the process and make adjustments when required
- Diagnose and troubleshoot routine or minor problems quickly and effectively
- Perform process buy‑off after equipment preventive maintenance or breakdowns
- Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift duty pass‑down
- Conduct or assist process engineers in experiments aimed at process improvement
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field
- Self‑motivated with a positive working attitude
- Team player with strong problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to work in a clean‑room environment
- Willingness to work a 12‑hour night shift (7:30 pm to 7:45 am)
- Relevant manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
