The role combines deep technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to ensure our solutions are properly positioned, prescribed, and selected by consultants, end users, and ecosystem partners. This includes shaping the offer strategy, influencing specifications, enabling sales teams, and coordinating closely with channel partners and internal functions to maximize project wins as well as monitoring market trends, competitive movements, and customer needs to refine value propositions and support business growth. Ultimately, the mission is to deliver the right performance, safety, and efficiency outcomes for customers while contributing strongly to the company’s growth ambitions. What will you do?<ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Lead the Low Voltage systems, source management solutions and motor management portfolios for the Singapore market</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Act as the primary business interface advocate and decision maker for product marketing strategy and execution</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and/or strategic plans to push product, solution and services</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Elaborate offer pricing strategy, monitor its implementation, control the results</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Work closely with the sales managers in order to ensure that the strategic objectives are achieved</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Conduct market research and business development</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Create the data-driven decision-making processes in the product marketing sphere (pricing, stock management, competition analysis)</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Deliver training and presentations for internal and external audiences</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Hold products’ launch and products’ withdrawal processes</li></ul>   What qualifications will make you successful?<ul><li>Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering</li><li>Additional degree in Economics / Management / Marketing is highly appreciated</li><li>At least 10+ years of experience in marketing in the B2B field, strong knowledge in pricing and offer management, business development skills</li><li>Familiarity with power distribution equipment / solutions (LV/MV) or Motor management solution is desirable</li><li>Familiarity with SG power distribution market is highly advantageous</li></ul> Let us learn about you!
