About the role
The Global Trust and Security RSOC Intern will design, develop, and enhance digital solutions, primarily using Microsoft Power Platform, to streamline security operations and incident reporting across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with RSOC team to understand requirements, workflows, and user needs.
- Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and AI-driven tools such as Copilot.
- Enhance the Incident Reporting application for APAC security operations.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimise application performance.
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for operational teams.
- Assist with other technology‑related or security‑related projects as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity or hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and AI‑driven tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Basic understanding of app development concepts or prior project experience.
