Engineering Specialist responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of sputter equipment in a clean‑room environment, working 12‑hour shifts at Seagate's Woodlands manufacturing site in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of sputtering tools
- Execute equipment troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical issues
- Follow up on chronic machine issues and work with engineering on reliability and defect reduction
- Initiate OEE, productivity, safety, and cost‑saving improvement projects
- Utilize data analytics and machine learning for tool troubleshooting
- Apply vacuum technology fundamentals and pursue continual learning
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or ITE
- Knowledge or experience in mechanical or electronics troubleshooting
- Experience with mechanical or electrical equipment (advantageous)
- Clean‑room experience (advantageous)
- Data analysis and MS Office skills
- Self‑motivated, positive attitude and team player
