EY International Tax and Transaction Services is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead tax and transaction advisory engagements, including M&A, tax governance, transfer pricing, and cross‑border projects, while providing strategic tax solutions to diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement project teams for international tax and transaction services
- Advise companies and private equity investors on tax aspects of M&A transactions, including acquisition, disposal, refinancing, restructuring, and IPOs
- Conduct tax due diligence and post‑deal implementation
- Identify market entry or exit tax issues and develop workarounds
- Perform legal entity rationalization and transactional or operating model design

- Experience performing tax diligence, tax structuring and/or transaction implementation.
- Strong foundation in complex tax and/or transfer pricing advisory, including international tax, M&A, treaty-related issues, dispute resolution, and BEPS frameworks An open mind and the ability to lead with confidence, influence and inspire the next generation, adapt and perform under pressure Problem solving, time and project management skills Effective and impactful communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, relationship building) What we can offer A very competitive remuneration package – Rewarding individual and team performance .
