About the role
As a Commodity Management Intern, you will support the Global Procurement team in managing high-volume commodities for consumer electronics, analyzing market trends, managing costs, and supporting supplier relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Track global price trends and lead times for key electronic components to predict supply shifts.
- Assist in maintaining Should-Cost models and tracking Purchase Price Variance to protect product margins.
- Support the quarterly business review process by gathering performance data on quality, delivery, and cost.
- Monitor End-of-Life notifications to ensure stock for production and repairs.
- Clean and manage large datasets within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy.
- Support Responsible Sourcing initiatives ensuring environmental and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and interest in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of electronic components.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to market changes.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear slides for senior management.
- Hands-on experience in high-volume global procurement.
