About the role
Demand & Supply Planner responsible for driving and improving demand forecast accuracy, planning and managing raw materials and merchandise products, and managing inventory. Owns material master data accuracy and maintenance. Collaborates with sales, logistics, and production planners.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive forecast accuracy by working closely with Sales team.
- Plan, manage and act as the single point of contact for merchandize products.
- Establish and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Collaborate closely with logistics planner and production planner.
- Resolve supply issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Own and develop inventory management measures to drive inventory optimization.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or Business Admin.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain management, with focus on demand and supply planning.
- Experience in demand forecasting system and planning tools will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in production planning is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in ERP/MRP systems, especially SAP.
- Excellent data analysis, communication and presentation skills.
