EY is looking for a Manager to join its Audit team at KSA office to lead on complex audit engagements and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of audit engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with Senior Managers, Associate Partners or Partners and executing it in compliance with Ernst & Young's policies and protocols.
- Personally execute complex audit procedures when required and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements depending on size.
- Assist in managing financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders.
- Participate in business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Seven years of professional experience in external audit.
- Strong academic record and professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA.
- Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Experience of risk-based audit process.
- Coaching, mentoring and counselling experience.
- Experience in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region.
