About the role
The Withholding Tax Reclaim Manager in EY's Luxembourg Professional of the Financial Sector team provides operational and regulatory tax services, advises on business process design and outsourcing, implements tax processes and ensures compliance for financial institutions, insurance companies, private equity and real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and regulatory services to clients in the financial sector
- Advise on business process design and outsourcing
- Implement operational and tax processes
- Assist clients in becoming compliant with regulations for financial institutions, insurance companies, private equity and real estate entities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Management, Tax, Engineering, Finance or Economics
- At least 5 years experience in a tax department focusing on operational taxes, withholding tax reclaims, tax reporting, FATCA, CRS and/or QI
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or German considered an asset
