Key Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analysis and reviews of assets (Private Equity, Private Debt, Intangible assets)
- Assess reasonableness of valuations and financial models for financial reporting and assurance
- Perform valuations for alternative investments (Infrastructure, Private Credit, Private Equity, Venture Capital)
- Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of Assistants
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients
- Apply valuation concepts to real-world scenarios
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in similar role (Transaction services, M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance)
- Graduate degree in economics, business, or management with finance focus
- Excellent academic background
- Advanced knowledge of valuation principles (income, market approach)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
