Senior Associate – Graphic Designer in EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence, responsible for conceptualizing and delivering brand‑aligned visual materials, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with global clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, proposals and social media collaterals
- Adhere to EY brand guidelines and ensure high aesthetic quality, turnaround time and efficiency
- Stay current with design trends and advocate them to team members and customers
- Mentor junior team members on best design practices
- Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects in parallel
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand design briefs and share ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud
- Strong visual design capability
