EY is seeking an Associate for its Strategy and Transactions (SaT) – M&A Advisory team in Chennai to support deal closures, financial modeling, pitch deck creation, and client communications across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Prior experience in deal closures
- Create pitch decks, information memorandums, and financial models
- Proficient use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Communicate effectively with CXOs, both oral and written
- Understand manufacturing sector (preferred)
- Utilize databases such as Private Circle, Mergermarket, and VC Circle
Requirements
- CA or MBA from premier B‑schools
- Experience in investment banking
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively across client departments
