About the role
EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager for its Strategy and Execution team to lead CXO‑level strategy, transformation, and deal execution engagements across multiple industries, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development, primarily in the Singapore/ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver value as part of a core engagement team on CXO‑level strategy and transformation projects (market entry, growth/turnaround, go‑to‑market, commercial due diligence, post‑merger integration, divestments, digital, cost & organization transformation, rapid value creation)
- Independently lead engagements end‑to‑end, including planning, team structuring, execution, stakeholder management, and economics oversight
- Drive business development efforts in collaboration with sector leads
- Mentor junior team members to enhance client impact and support their professional growth
Requirements
- Master's degree (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with top strategy consulting firms and leading corporates
- Work experience in strategy, operations, or large‑scale business transformation programs
- Sector experience in Consumer products, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, TMT, Industrials, Automotive, or Energy (preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with quantitative analysis
